Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted and processed quickly.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
